Month one

The first 30 days

  1. Day 0 MSA, SOW and DPA signed; first invoice paid; Slack channel open
  2. Week 1 Pipeline Link set up (GA4 channel, survey field, logs); access checked; clusters confirmed from the baseline
  3. Week 2 First 4 fixes briefed; specialists assigned
  4. Week 3 Fixes shipped; placements pitched
  5. Week 4 Re-sample; first monthly Odds Sheet; 45-minute readout

Every month

The monthly cycle

The same four weeks, every month. Claude does the sampling, drafting and reporting; editors and specialists edit, place and check; a human signs off on everything that ships.

  1. Week 1 Re-sample every cluster; update the Source Map; choose the month's fixes
  2. Week 2 Draft answer pages; brief placements; send correction requests
  3. Week 3 Edit, publish and place; log every offsite action with its disclosure
  4. Week 4 Odds Sheet, readout and next month's plan; a test readout every third month

Pipeline Link

Set up in month one

  • An AI-assistant channel in GA4, so AI referrals stop hiding inside "Referral" and "Direct".
  • An "AI assistant" answer in your "How did you hear about us?" field, because analytics undercounts AI by a wide margin.
  • A check of AI bot visits in your server logs, so you know which assistants can read your pages.

Day 90

What you'll have

  • Three monthly Odds Sheets on all seven assistants
  • A current Source Map for every cluster
  • 12 shipped fixes on Growth (24 on Category), each logged
  • A test readout: odds change on worked clusters against control clusters, with error bars
  • AI-referral tracking in GA4 and your signup form

Then you decide

After the first 90 days, retainers continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in. The quarterly test readout, worked clusters against controls, is the honest moment to decide.
