Day by day
- Day 0 45-minute kickoff; data handoff; DPA signed
- Days 1–2 Mining and redaction of your calls and tickets; you review the question clusters (30 minutes)
- Days 3–6 Sampling across 7 assistants, 10–20 runs per prompt; first look at sources
- Days 7–8 Source Map, Accuracy Check and Crawl Check
- Day 9 Report and 90-day plan drafted, edited and checked
- Day 10 60-minute readout and a retainer proposal (only if the numbers justify one)
What you provide
- 10–30 recent sales-call transcripts and 3 months of support tickets (exports are fine)
- A list of your competitors
- Read access to GA4 and Search Console (Bing Webmaster Tools if you have it)
- Your brand names and their spellings
We sign a DPA before anything changes hands, redact personal data before any analysis, and delete raw uploads after 30 days.
