This page covers the Pop Sota website. Client engagements are covered separately by a data processing agreement (DPA) signed before any data changes hands.

What we collect

• Form details you type: name, email, company and the other fields on the form you submit.
• How you found us: with each form we also send the page you were on, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from (UTM parameters), whether you arrived from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, and whether you viewed our pricing page during that visit. This is kept in your browser's session storage until you submit a form, and it is never sent anywhere if you don't.
• Analytics, only if you accept: if you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure visits. If you decline, neither loads.

Why

To reply to you, to prepare for a call you asked for, and to understand which channels bring people to us. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are emailed to us through Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. See Subprocessors for the full list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

• Change your analytics choice with "Cookie settings" in the footer (shown when analytics is enabled).
• Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@popsota.ai.
